    Small, easy, amazing

    Product was well priced. Plugged in and was immediately accessible to the Androud App. Configuration options include scheduling. Integrated with Google Home allowing verbal commands to control device from either mobile app or Google Home device. "Turn on coffee"!!!! Great functionality, unlimited potential uses.

    Always concenient

    I’ve had these and old smart switches of the same make for several years. Never had them malfunction or go in and out of service like some report. I would imagine that some issues related to the negative reviews on these is due to operator error, bugs in their WiFi system or components. Electronics always have gremlins! I set these up today and they wouldn’t connect to my Alexa voice control but would work on my Kasa app. So I deleted them off my devices and re-installed them. Problem solved. Ownership of devices in a digital age require some self reliance and trouble shooting skills. Reading directions is fundamental but often skipped. Most WiFi problems can be solved with a simple update on ones router or unplugging the equipment for a few seconds then re-applying power. Best wishes to ...

    Easy to Use

    I ordered a twin pack. One of the smart plugs worked great. It was easy to pair to my Nest app. It turns on and off every time. The other plug in the package did not work at all. The power light never came on and it would not hook up to my WiFi no matter what I did. I kept the good plug and returned the bad one.

    These little plug ins are awesome! And this is a great price. Hooked up a light and a fan and a heater to different ones. So easy to say 'alexa turn on the fan' LOVE IT!

    Im sorta new to this whole Alexa thing and I just have to say... Im a parapaligic,T5 and Im so glad this technology is in my life. Ive had many problems as you can only imagine.
