Tried to contact the seller 3 times with no response. Also sent the same concern to their advertised help gmail address with no response. Figure box was received damaged which mattered as I planned to display it on card. Shipping box was also in terrible shape. Requested a signature on the box from the creator which did not happen or was ignored. In the end, quite disappointed.
