I bought a set of clothes from them for 1450 dollars, I got everything except the helmet, I wanted it no matter what, no one answered and the store canceled the helmet without letting the buyer decide.

This was an international sale and ebay took over and refunded the customer before I ever got a chance to reply or look into it. Ebay takes care of all international orders now and there is little I have control over which I explained to the customer, but he never replied. Not sure why he is so mad as he got a refund and could have easily re-ordered the helmet if he still wanted it. It had been missing for weeks so I doubt we would have recovered it anyways.
