FAKE !! Seller listed brand new iPhone. When I got it, it was scratched on the sides and the screen had a small crack. told the seller rather a partial refund and they refund me ONLY $50. What a joke. DONT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE LIARS

1st PC was DOA out of the box, scratched and scuffed with dented panel, jammed CD door & ugly front label that wouldn't power up & couldn't be fixed through correspondence, (they instructed me to open it and look for loose wires). Sent pictures of this. They deducted ~$100 from the sale.
2nd PC they sent had audio dropouts, sometimes several a minute - they couldn't solve.
They were initially responsive but once they got the first PC returned, they ghosted me without solving the problem.

Sir, We both know that your PC has working USB ports. The known USB port drop out needs to be addressed by the external DAC manufacturer, SCHITT AUDIO. YOUR DAC is keep dropping out, not the PC's USB port. We did provide support to adjust USB port power options. We did provide free replacement unit. We cannot help the problem of your SCHITT USB external DAC keep dropping out of the connection.
