I asked for dimension of a part on a piece of equipment they sell. I bought blades and asked about the hardware that hold the blade on. They don’t sell that part but they sell the RC 72 brush cutter that I need parts from. I kust wanted the dimensions so I could make one myself. They refused to do a little customer service for me. It should have came with the blades but doesn’t. They won’t even order the part for me. No help at all to fill a need for a customer. I will never buy from them again.
