    Good purchase

    I would just add a note that thankfully I saved my old motor because the gear/spline that fits in the tube was different so I had to change it. Maybe they could put a photo of the drive gear for future.

    Tested, Inspected, and Working May not Mean what you think - one wire cut almost clean through

    Ordered and received the motor quickly enough, packed well, shipped quickly, and it was marked tested as of March of 2021 on the body of the motor. The motor only worked, however, once I repaired the almost COMPLETELY SEVERED positive lead which required that I disassembled the motor, stripped and crimped in a splice into the positive lead, and then reassembled the motor. The only way I can figure that it passed testing is that a very few number of the copper strands must have still been connected, but otherwise that wire was effectively cut very roughly - like it had rubbed against a metal edge a lot. This makes me wish that I'd opened the box and taken a look rather than waiting until I was ready to install it. It's one thing to test it, but did you even look at it? I can't understand ...
