    Fab computer except that the screen colors were all washed out. Played with all the settings and dug around online for how-tos for at least 2 hours and couldn t get good color. Won t work for me this way since I m a graphic designer. Reluctantly, I sent this dream machine back.

    The machine is super clean — you wouldn't guess it's 2nd-hand unless someone told you. The m.2 OS drive and RAM installed are good quality (Micron) as well. The laptop was very well packaged with foam and bubble wrap. As others have noted the seller didn't ship immediately, but oh well, the quality of the refurb and careful packing are more than worth it. 5/5 will definitely buy from this seller again.
