    The Martin S1 surpasses all expectations. Do not think all ukuleles are created equal because they're not. The top grade materials used combined with the excellent workmanship make for one awesome ukulele!

    Martin S1 is a winner

    The Martin S1 Soprano uke has a loud voice that exceeds that of my concert Enya. It's stunning, with lots of sparkle and a real Hawaiian tone. The tuning pegs took some time to get used to but they are now dead accurate for me.

    First soprano

    Getting used to a soprano ukulele after a year playing tenors is a jump, especially with large hands, but I;ve been playing it daily and for my high-g tunes it's all I use. Very pleased with the sound and play ability. Recommended.
