    They worked great in the 50s and they still do.

    I use this not easy to locate product to replace a Velcro strip, which started to fail after a short time. I remember that my Mom used similar hooks to secure my knickers to my undershirt back in the 50s when I was a skinny little boy. They worked great, preventing my knickers from slipping out of the bottom of my shorts. They worked great in the 50s and they still do.
