    RMS AC-40 Acoustic Amplifier

    Had the amp out for a small session today and that is what i bought it for. I ran my Martin acoustic through it and also a microphone. It performed flawlessly. I am very pleased with the way it worked. If it will just hold up about ten years it will be great.

    I love this amp.

    The RMS is truly better than I could ever imagine. Great looks and great sound. Has multiple inputs for music, mic and effects with a line out for mixing. Its a kicker with on board reverb and an equalizer. For the price its an absolute winner and found it to be better than either of my small practice amps by Fender and Peveay. With its 10" woofer and accompanying Tweeter it really brings out the lows and highs when vocals are added. Solo licks sound crisp and concise. It even has that slight 60 cycle buzz sound like the old tube amps. The only thing I would change are the control knobs. I feel a smaller diameter and longer knob would be perfect. Currently has the old Fender style pointer knobs and being very close together cause's some finger interference with adjacent knobs ...

    This Amp is excellent period. It is Pro level with plenty of power for nursing home or small venue. I am well pleased with it. Would buy it again. You can sing & play at same time. Very good quality.

    RMS AC40

    This amp is incredible! You've got to play it to believe it. It has great sound with acoustic or electric guitar. I use it for my dobro and it is perfect. Packs plenty of punch and it will mic at the same time. I leave most of my gear at home on small gigs now. The cost is very reasonable.
