CAVEAT EMPTOR! The ad described a vinyl chess board suitable for tournament play. The packaging method damaged the board and created permanent creases rendering it unsuitable for tournament play. Their ad says to lay the board out for 1-2 days and the creases will come out. That did not happen; the creases are permanent. I contacted the seller, exchanged a few messages, and they refused to honor what their ad says. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

You contacted us demanding a refund for the product because of creases that are explicitly warned of in the product description. You also claim the board does not "honor what the ad says" but did not provide proof of damage to the board. We also advised you on how to remove stubborn creases from the board which has worked flawlessly for us and others in the past, of which you did not listen. We hope you come to enjoy the product nonetheless.
