I bought this coat, as it was advertised as "New w/Tags". However when I received the coat, it was obviously a used garment, and not new. I contacted the seller and advised him of the problem. He reacted immediately, checking out the problem, and he apologized, responding to me that he would provide a price adjustment based on the coat's condition. This was handled within an hour, or so, of my original note. I'm completely happy with this seller's actions.
