Item came in a Victoria’s secret box with not a ton of bubble wrap to ensure it wouldn’t move. And had the words fragile written on the outside of the box but then that box was placed inside of another box that did not have any words written on it or any protection around the first box. So unfair review! Items was shipped in 2 boxes with a lot of bubble wraps! I'm always ship fragile items in 2 boxes and always put the stickers "Fragile" for the shipping box! I was responsible only for good packaging, but not for the delivery! USPS are the main reason why you received smashed box! My advise was to go to the Post Office and show them damage items and they will give you refund. But instead of that you leaved me a neutral review. I gave you a solution, buy you are only complain!

AMAZING DEAL, AWESOME!
I can't believe I got this quality phone for the price and the condition. Listed as GOOD condition, but it was beyond good. Took me 3 times to inspect my phone to see the "blemish". And it was shipped fast, a day earlier than promised. Plus brand new wall charger. This phone delivers as good and even better then some other phones in it's price range. Smooth running screens and UI friendly. Battery life is high performance: I got home yesterday with all functions and data connection running with only 1% power left (left the house with 35%). Got lots of factory HTC apps pre-loaded that are cool. Downsize, it's a little too bulky, takes over half of the internal's 8gb memory. Both front and back cameras are good quality, whatever the specs, they deliver as just as more high end ones, so ... I can't believe I got this quality phone for the price and the condition. This phone is junk.
I'm on my second one in two weeks. The first time I dropped it the screen cracked three ways and the body got all dented up around the edges. When I got the replacement I made sure to order a shock case and a tempered screen protector. This phone is advertised as an 8 gig hd but it isn't. The hd is 4 gigs on this model so that was a disappointment upon receipt. The battery cover isn't designed well and will have a tendency to break on the edges if your not careful and it's so this its bendable. The camera is garbage too. I have a 5 mega pixel camera on my old phone and it blows away the eight mega pixel camera on this one. The biggest problem of all is this phone runs about 50 bucks average here on Ebay but you can buy this exact phone at Dollar General for 34 dollars. Don't buy this ... -Great for less than $100, do not expect this to replace a $300-$700 phone though -Battery life is good given the price, you will need to charge it at the end of day for the next day. -Screen is a nice size at 4.7" and it fits you your hand easy, how ever the colors can seem a bit off at an angle. -Camera takes good daylight photos, but in a dark room they can be unfocused and grainy. -Comes with 8 GB of installed memory but you can only use about 4GB for general use.
