    19 96 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series trunk lid closer

    Simple to put in Phillips head screwdriver takes out three screws unplug the old one set it aside put the new one in and screw it down. May have to adjust the catch on the motor to properly allow trunk lid hook to center on it. Works great, 10 minutes to install including removing the trunk well carpeting pins and reattaching it after installation of motor. I recommend the body panel removal tool set from Advance Auto Parts to remove the 4 plastic pins that attach trunks carpeting that runs across the interior at the closer motor level.
