Turns out (most likely caused by my local PO), it arrived on time but Broken in two. Seller was fast to work with me & we decided best would be full Refund (vs. sending a 2nd same CD). Would buy from him again, though will try to stick with used music CDs that are shipped WITH the Hard Case via Media Mail.
