To avoid “time” and “trouble” the seller said they would refund me (and as I understood keep the items) if I would leave positive feedback first. I refused. After much communication back and forth and the seller not budging, I told the seller I would keep the items. I was tired of the hassle. I should have reported the incident to EBay.
