I found out that the remote for the TCL TV, a remote that is about 5 years old, worked perfectly so I bought a TCL remote. I will not buy any other ONN devices.

The buttons are clicky in an obnoxious way and the entire remote feels cheaper as a result of the weighting and plastic. Truly more appropriate as “backups”. While I am keeping them, as they function similar enough to official remote, I would suggest most people invest in used official remotes as opposed to these and save some plastic from the landfill

The seller immediately refunded my money without any explanation. I wasn't looking for a refund, just an explanation...! Happy but confused...!
