Ebay said to screen shot receipt of tracking # to him in Ebay email. No response when I sent email. He refused item 4 days later when he received by UPS. This seller is a scam artist. Buyer accused me of purposely selling a defective item 2 weeks after receiving the item,i approved the return none the less and buyer never returned the item. eBay closed the return item case and released the hold on the funds.Buyer then tries to return item after 30 days.Think gizzelleandzylos was trying to switch it out item like a lot of scam buyers on eBay do. Shame what eBay has become in the last 15 years, always siding with buyers and forcing returns.

    Great Products!!

    This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have yet found for color-treated hair! It made my hair feel soft yet full, not greasy or flat! I buy pricier brands because coloring my hair is so expensive and this is the best I have found and I have tried LOTS of other expensive products! I highly recommend!

    Highly Recommend for colored and severely damaged hair caused by bleach

    Very satisfied. Smells really good, so gentle on my hair. I can feel my hair becoming so soft, healthy, and stronger from the severe damage I did to my hair when I bleached my hair so many times and they were breaking off really badly. This product really helps restore the strength and shine, also keep color from fading. LOVE this!!! Will definitely buy again when I run out!

    Great Value for the amount you purchase

    About 6 years ago, I used to purchase this product about 2&1/2 times larger than this product comes in, but was paying about $140.00 for the pump for both shampoo and conditioner. This product, used sparingly, in this size, could easily last a year or more especially if you are a person that goes between washings and or likes to alternate between products. The product was delivered in perfect condition, wrapped in bubble wrap, and true to everything else I have purchased of the Pureology line. Good buy. Highly recommended.
