The seller had packed the globe to the lantern in a separate box in styrofoam peanuts but USPS was to hard on the package and broke the globe into 3 pieces. So I sent pictures in a email to the seller , who offered a full refund to me also saying to keep the lantern. this seller is the very best of eBay hands down. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone. Thank you very much.
