    SPARE KEY FOBS

    I bought these to have spares for our camper that is built on a 2017 Ford E-450 chassis with keyless entry. I thought I ordered 2 fobs but I received 4 fobs so it appears I misread the description. The product description did not include the E-450 but the photo and frequency numbers were the same as my factory key fobs. CR2025 batteries were already installed. The Ford owners manual for programming the key fobs did not show the correct instructions and I did not receive instructions with my order. The fobs I received did not have the i.d. numbers on the back like the factory fobs do. An internet search brought up the following 2012 instructions with which I successfully programmed my new and reprogrammed my 2017 factory fobs.     Wrong remote

    I wanted a 2006 ford free star remote it said on package f250. It looked the same but would not be activated. Just turned ignition 8 times on/ off then locks open/ close push a button on fob and that should do it. But it didn’t

    Very good just like OEM standard key fob.

    Very easy to program using instructions on site I ordered from. (Instructions not sent with product). Unfortunately made in China but Quality seems to match the Ford standard fob I had with truck before it finally crapped out (20 yrs old...not bad) keys are inset as to not be easily accidentally hit in pocket. The distance the fob reaches to lock and unlock truck is very good. Actually as good if not better than the original. I just got this so I have no idea on how long it may last but looks like good quality. They do come with batteries but I expect them to be junk and not last long but will be easy enough to replace with a quality Duracell or Energizer when the time comes. I paid $7.99 for 2 fobs. It seems only one can work at a time unless there is some special way to set both at the ...

    I love the key less entry ,my only complaint would be that panic button is raised up so high that every time I got to lock or unlock my truck I hit that dang button . I love this product.
