Inside the box and pencil makeup was hollow and did not include actual makeup linerand it took two weeks to hear back from them, and they questioned me that they did not believe me and gave me $7 refund instead of $27 full value. They wouldn’t even compromise to give me half refund. We always try to do the right thing but its hard when customer are not honest.
