    It has to be difficult to ship photos. I found the packaging to be one sided, meaning it had protective cardboard on 1 side but not on the other side...there was nothing to protect the photo on both sides. I contacted the seller and sent numerous photos to show what happened. The seller apologized and said it was rare and USPS's fault. Not what I expected despite understanding the circumstances. I spent time, sent detailed evidence, and I can get a refund once I send it back. I'll live with it.
