After several email exchanges, the seller finally advised that they didn’t have the ability to send me just the missing poles. The issue was resolved by a partial refund. Also, the actual height is 78” instead of the advertised height of 80”. All in all, after several trips to the hardware store (good luck finding poles the same diameter) I was able to complete the framing.
