They ignored my purchase order requests (on a Sunday) to hold the shipment & send it 7 days later, as I was going to be out of town. Instead they never read these requests and just shipped it out the next day, Monday. Then, they finally answered my multiple messages on the following weekend.They re unprofessional and incompetent, & extremely poor communicators. They originally charged me 2x & then retracted one.
