Iโve bought 30 days unlimited data sim card but I got 14 days one. The problem is you can only figure this out when you arrived that region. I contacted the seller right away, they spent couple of days to check out. Iโve got half price refunds but I needed to buy another sim in that country with higher price. I donโt think Iโll purchase another sim from this seller.

The seller was very responsive to handle USPS delivery failure for the initial purchase of the SIM card. To ensure we have a SIM card before we leave for Greece, the seller instructed me to place this additional order and they shipped the SIM card out on the same day. After USPS redelivered the 1st SIM card, the seller paid for return shipment of this SIM card and provided full refund as soon as they received the returned package. It was a great pleasure to do business with them.

Be sure to contact the customer services well ahead of the time and let them know your arrival date because they reply slowly ( in my case 3 days) to reply. But the internet works well and fast. An advice for the seller is that after the item is shipped, you can tell the customer what is the 3 pieces of necessary info that you need to activate, this will save us a lot of time because of the time zone difference. Simply writing โcontact the roaming company with your bar codeโ is not enough.
