The intrusion bars are fine, but they were missing the center top mount bolts and now I found out they also use 4 self tapping screws on the lower bar. After making several attempts to get the missing upper bolts (4) they sent me 4 self tapping screws?? These people have no clue of what they sell, pretty frustrating!!!!

Your first message simply said that hardware was missing. After we asked and you answered a couple quick questions we were able to determine that you were missing just the upper bolts, which we promptly sent out. That was a single attempt, not several. This bar uses self tapping bolts, not screws. The lower bar clamps to the A-pillars, no other hardware is necessary or included.
