    Could just buy a better one

    This phone does the job, only about 80%! Most of the times I can barely hear the other person on the other end. We only bought this phone b/c out of many years of having cell phones and no land lines, we had to have a land line for our son's school.. b/c our cell phones are out of area numbers. And having gotten rid of our land line phones many moons ago, we scrambled to get a phone that was not only cordless but cheap. And we got the cheap part thats for sure. We only have local calls, no Caller Id, voicemail, call waiting, or long distance. So the features I couldn't tell you about. It's just a cheap phone I bought off of ebay!

    Very good buy, for a very good price.

    This phone is very close to perfect, it has the features needed for making dialing, storing messages, deleting, ect. all right at your hands. this was a great buy.

    Good shape volume not good

    I like the way it was shaped fit good but sound was very staticky and low volume. And I had volume up all the way.

    Don't buy this.

    I bought this phone because the battery in the one I had would not charge anymore. It was quite cheap, but I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. The buttons are situated so that sometimes when you are talking, it will disconnect because you had it against your face. This can be very annoying especially if you are taking an important phone call.

    is ok. I'm not sure that I like the pre paid button for long distance on the phone, but we'll see if it's a problem
