    When I purchased the bumper for my car it came folded in the packaging. I’m sure for pros they know to just use a heat gun and the bumper will bounce back, but I am no pro. I sent a message to the seller and Angela responded quickly. She explained that the bumpers are folded to save buyers from more expensive shipping costs and to heat it up. On top of that they offered a $20 refund for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service and I’ll buy parts from them in the future.
