    Seller cancelled the transaction without asking me and used the reason of incomplete address which is not true. There was price offer back and forth. At one point the seller counter offered a price lower than my ask so I completed the transaction. Must have been an error on their part so without explanation just canceled the transaction. I just assumed offers and counter offers on eBay are binding mistake or not especially when I committed to buy already just about to pay.
