I was offered the refund from the seller for the unworkable item (it was non-refundable originally). Before that the seller also reduced the shipping cost for me by a half. I like the way the seller handled my situation fairly and promptly during holidays. In general, I think this is a professional and trustworthy seller. I hope s/she would keep it up.
