Unless you’re purchasing the pictured coin I’d expect the coin you receive to be lesser quality than the one pictured, purposefully. That way they can offer you a partial refund and still make money. Negotiate a higher discount if you want to keep the coin. Seller ultimately agreed to the refund I suggested so I will give a positive rating. Buyer beware.
