Best service ever! I ordered for “ pick up” on accident somehow. I didn’t notice until I tried to track shipping next day. I’m in Texas so it would be a little difficult to pick up in California lol. I tried canceling the order but eBay wouldn’t let me cancel it. I reached out to him via email and he responded within 12 hrs and canceled it from his end immediately. Great to deal with for a customised order. Arrived perfectly as expected. An incorrect adapter was sent to mount the wheel, and a replacement was sent out immediately when I contacted BigDog.
