Not a good or pleasant experience. Bottle arrived empty. I was willing to take a replacement and then 6 days went by with zero communication or a replacement being sent. I was promised a tracking number that never came. Finally, I just processed a straight refund. I understand that things can happen, but once we're on the road to a resolution, the resolution needs to happen.

We were closed when you reached out to us. It is not our fault the product was damaged by the carrier during shipment. We would've happily sent you a replacement but you wrote back impatiently that you no longer wanted it and that you would like to return it. You then stated you wanted to return an "empty bottle." We will not pay nor participate in creating waste by doing this. Please note eBay was notified as a refund can't be applied now b/c system is blocking us due to the started return act.
