The perfume arrived damaged... I had spread oil all over the box, and now it doesn't smell like anything... apparently the heat and a long exposure time damaged the product. It would be good if you answered my messages.

We offered the customer a full refund once the item was returned to us. Return shipping is also free. Not sure why they are saying we never answered them. They could have just started a return on Ebay as well. Instead, they choose to leave negative feedback. This customer used a forwarding company to send this to another country it was probably damaged in transit by the forwarding company this happens because they are not careful. He even admits it was exposed to heat for a long time.
