Received item damaged, contacted seller, took 3 emails before seller responded. seller blamed USPS for damage but the box was fine, and the contents broken. Seller said that they would not fix the problem because it was not insured. why should the buyer eat the damaged item because the seller did not take out insurance. Requested a return and the seller never sent the return postage promised.DON'T TRUST THIS SELLER.

Received wrong fabric. Seller exchanged for right one but in the meantime, eBay refunded the transaction so I had to repay seller. Which was fine. It was a bit of a hassle to do since the transaction closed and I had to pay a different way. In the end- we got it figured out and all is well.
