    It took a while to find a place that sold loose cigarette tobacco, so I apologize for being so late in responding with feedback. The item works just great if you know what you are doing. I destroyed at least 3 tubes before I got the hang of it, and now I just love it. It works great, it's fast and easy and very quiet.

    This is the 3rd machine I've owned. The first one didn't work from the beginning, so the store swapped me with a new one and that lasted 5 years. I bought one in May, after about 9 cartons it started not filling the tube. I'm working on getting that returned before the 1 year warranty expires, the company is non responsive really.

    These are good machines, as the last one I bought lasted 7yrs due to the quality of its construction. Seller paid prompt attention to my order, and really quick delivery, even with the incompetence of the post office. The carrier lied and posted they "tried" to deliver it today, but they didn't come anywhere near out here today. I highly recommend both the seller and the product.
