Much cheaper than buying OTC sleep aids sold in the UK and ordering the 192 tablet pack from US stays below the threshold for customs clearance charges. The brand is from a major wholesaler supplying grocery stores with many kinds of OTC medications in the US. There are fewer restrictions there on pack sizes and the stores where they can be sold. Doxylamine has a longer duration of action than diphenhydramine so may be more effective for people with early awakening symptoms, but also more likely to cause daytime sedation. It's commonly sold OTC in many countries but not in the UK, presumably for the above reason. Having said all that, I'm not qualified to give medical advice, and the regular use of any sleep aid should not be undertaken without expert medical advice. I take it only after ... I was dubious about buying medication online, but found out who they were made for/by & took a chance, they really work & give you a good night's sleep, it's hard to buy sleep aid tablets over the counter, usually you get interrogated by the chemist!, but what choice do you have if your doctor won't give you sleeping tablets & you just can't sleep?, obviously we'd all prefer not to take tablets but there's nothing worse than not sleeping. Great Value for Good Sleeping Aid
I much prefer the doxylamine succinate as a sleep agent. A half tablet usually does me. And, at the price I paid on eBay, it's about 6¢ a pill.

I actually sleep most nights
I actually get some sleep. These work most nights depending on how much I am worrying. I managed 6 hours a couple of times. Only thing i dont like is the luminous blue colour! Thankyou for this great product.
