Was able to switch out of the 'S' easily, and install Google Chrome (easier for me to use). Wouldn't recommend the 'anti-glare' unless you really need it, seems not as crystal clear as could be. Item works good. normal delivery time. upgraded as promised. description has some discrepancies, that i didnt catch. i thought it has WiFi6, but it's WiFi5 (later i saw that both of those are in the description). but still plenty fast for my usage. So if you have very specific requirements, it might be better to contact the seller, before purchasing. Overall i am satisfied.

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
