      These are knock off's which are painted to look as though there's an Adidas logo & velcro strap: !THERES NO VELCRO STRAP! (as I should have suspected from the start). However they are comfortable and the rubber across the top of the foot is quite soft with no sharp edge to dig into your foot. The construction seems slightly better than the dime store thong flips but I don't expect them to last beyond the end of the season.
