Slow shipping. Took 11 days to arrive in part do to the seller taking 4 days to ship it. The box it was placed in was too narrow which creased the upper part of the car package. Since it is a collectible item I expected a bit more care with packaging. Item was as described other than that. I cannot comment on the sellers communication as I did not contact them. I would not recommend this seller if you are looking for collectibles or fast shipping experiences.
