Overall it's a good product, but there's some things you need to know before you buy.
Shipping is fast, which is great. Mine arrived missing a nut to one of the screws, not huge, but check your hardware. The LCD monitor mount it comes with is completely worthless and not to be trusted with any weight, so you'll have to come up with a different solution. Mine came with a case for the motorized head and case for everything else. The tripod will not fit in the case with the other parts, so you'll end up carrying two cases and an exposed tripod.
