I'm leaving a positive feedback response since I did receive a *new* cut-out soundtrack, & didn't have issues with shipping or packaging. However, 1) the one I received was not the one pictured & I don't see this possibility mentioned in the details (no sticker which is how I knew) & 2) the side cut-out on my album was cut so deep that there were plastic specks that made it to the CD itself. I've wiped it down, so it hopefully shouldn't affect play.
