    Great purchase

    Love the vertical grip, it make portraits so much easier! The only downside was the battery was a knockoff, when I try to use it the camera tells me that it is not Sony and results may be unreliable.

    Professional grade. 5 Stars.

    The other person is reviewing the wrong grip. Please ignore. This grip is not for the A99II. This grip is using THE SAME batteries as the A7RIV and A9II. I purchased the MEIKE grip and sent it back. Feels cheap, color mismatch, and the jog shuttle was dysfunctional. This Sony battery grip is: A) Professional grade B) Buttons are perfect C) Color and touch-feeling is matching the camera D) Status symbol If you can't afford it right now, wait until the price will drop.

    Sony VG-c4EM

    Although a nice product, it doesn’t come with batteries or a charger, uses different batteries than the camera, and requires removal of the battery door on the camera. The equivalent Meike vertical grip is a MUCH better value.
