Excellent, however...
It is an excellent value and it works very well, it was shipped right and the price was right. However, Various versions of instructions can be found on the internet. Be careful because the bolts are self locking - be sure to position the panel arms outward as far as possible since you cannot loosen the bolts to adjust them. The hardware is metric and 1/2" lag bolts fit in the base holes to bolt it down. The altitude and azimuth are not exactly wide enough, but they are far better than nothing. The southward cannot be fixed without a great amount of work because of the fulcrum design, the East-West could perhaps get a larger linear actuator and moving the hinge, but the panels would hit the ground. 3 1 meter wide panels just fit (one end not well since the bolts cannot be loosened ... How long until it all falls apart?
There are several deficiencies in the 'engineering' of this product. 1. The pivot points are not protected from wear, and will elongate over time, which makes it more sloppy in the wind, contributing more and more to the issue, leading to an inevitable failure. There should tight-tolerance bushings or replaceable parts in this area, but they are instead just holes drilled into steel tubing. Not adequate. 2. There are a couple areas where fairly light-walled tubing pieces are bolted together, with no pinch protection. All it takes is a wind gust to put pressure on this area, the tubing caves in (see picture), and then the bolts loosen up, leading to inevitable failure. 3. The geometry is not correct. I'm in Colorado, and it doesn't come close to going "south enough" to capture all of ... There are several deficiencies in the 'engineering' of this product. 1. The feature the controller has to put the panels out of harms way when wind gusts come up is pretty cool, but the implementation leaves a lot to be desired when it takes about a minute of it running the panels all the way to the east and south before bringing them back level again. In between the time it senses high wind until the panels are flat, they are put in the most extreme position available, which invites obvious possibilities of complete destruction. I liked the product on paper when comparing against models that cost thousands more. If I had the panels in an area _highly_ protected by wind, this product might be alright, but I certainly wouldn't buy it again unless they address their obvious design flaws.

Tremendous value, and it works well.
This tracker is a tremendous value for the price., and the controller is quite sophisticated. It tracks the sun well and makes minute adjustments at the interval you select. The hardware is stainless steel, and it even comes with panel mounting clamps. Be sure to mount your base securely, and yes, the array will wiggle some in the wind, but no worries, there is an anemometer to "furl the sails" Read the manual several times slowly, and look carefully at the pictures, the translation to English is a little too literal, word for word from the original language. I will buy another when I expand my array.This tracker is a tremendous value for the price., and the controller is quite sophisticated.
