Seller shipped this figure and another loose in a flimsy box. Both figure cards arrived bent, creased, and ruined for display. I uploaded photos of the damage and requested a full refund and the free return shipping that was advertised. The seller offered a partial refund if I kept the now worthless figures, which I declined. I messaged the seller about the full refund/prepaid return, but got no response. I had to open my first eBay escalation case in my close to 20 years on eBay.
