    Tumeric and black pepper capsules.

    I use this product for arthritis of my knees and hips and it really helps. I had a lot of swelling above my knee in my thigh and after using tumeric for a while, the swelling subsided and I had increased mobility.

    Lab visit

    I strongly believe that this product was one off my healthy intake after my lab test the number's where so good that the dr. take me off of one off 3 medication no more high cholesterol. Next my blood pressure id down between 116/65 and 119/73. And this already 4 weeks in a row. By next months he will take me off liisophil high blood pressure medication.my glucose was between 144 and 154 now after many years the number went dowm to 122 still my dr want the number go down to 100 ok my next labtest is by the end of next month its a combination of eating right and my tumeric i believe tumeric played a big role iam very thankfull for this thank you thank you

    Good for joint pain.

    I heard a lot about turmeric but didn't try it until I began to feel pain in my knees after jogging. I first bought the plain turmeric and was told that it works better with black pepper. After taking this turmeric for about 3 weeks i notice a reduction in my knee pain. Now I know that turmeric is good for joint pain.
