    Fits my 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon TJ perfectly. The existing retainer was broken, and my prop rod was getting heated up by the radiator and burning my hand. Hopefully this fixes it.

    Appears to be OEM replacement but

    This product appears to be the oem retainer clip and it installed easily on my 91 Wrangler. I don't know if it is old plastic or bad quality plastic but the clip does not clip tightly around the rod. Once it expanded to insert the rod it stayed expanded. It was a quick easy purchase and was shipped quickly.

    Not a good fit for 2004 Jeep Wrangler

    With regards to a 2004 Jeep Wrangler, this part does not fit properly. The flanges when expanded do not spread far enough to retain the clip. I had to improvise with adhesives. The plastic clip itself is very strong and durable.

    Hit the right hole, dummy

    Fits my 2006 Rubicon Unlimited perfectly. i read some reviews saying it did not fit. The problem is that there is another square hole in front of the clip hole that is very noticeable and looks like where you removed the old one from but it is not. It fooled me for a minute also but this is the correct part.

    Does the job but pricey for what you get.

    This clip fit my '06 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited without any issues. Its a bit tight around the prop rod, but should fit better with use. In the meantime I'll try to be gentle when unclipping the rod to keep from breaking the clip. Frankly, for what these are they should be 1/2 the price or packaged two per pack.
