They are what they are, very cheaply made puppy pads. They work for what they are intended for. I got them for my older 15 yr old cat, who does not used the litter box all the time now. The pads I buy at the dollar store are way better.

Pads look different but work well
When we first got them, the interior lining was fluffy and separated. We weren’t sure if that was a defect or just the way they are made. After using a pack of 100, they actually worked really well for our small dogs and were super absorbent with almost no leaks.

Listed/sold as "puppy housebreaking" pads. Shipping paperwork says "underpads". Hospitals use these as bed liners. VERY different things. Very THIN. RETURNING THEM!
