Arrived healthy and happy, but a cold. DID NOT effect the coral at all. Probably acclimated SPS and Palys shined and had nice color. Overall an excellent value and a great transaction. Thanks

We are glad you like corals. We have to put ice pack because right now is hot weather we have 85-90F in NY. We don't want corals to cook. If you want to buy more corals from us let us know when is the best time for you to shipping (won't be that hot). Thank you and happy reefing!

Item came in DOA. Seller sent a text stating they would send a replacement and had a picture of a coral attached to text. When replacement oral came in it looked nothing like the picture that was attached to the text. Now the seller is telling me that they never said the picture of the coral was the one they were going to send but it was a sample of the coral. If I would have know it was a sample I would have asked for a picture of the one they were going to send. Feels like a bait and switch

The coral is growing and changing the shape, this is not item that has same manufactured size (like chair). We sent replacement bigger size that we had and Bonus coral as apology. We never sell, or said that we give WYSIWYG. Pictures of corals just as example of what the coral type will look like. All those complaints were for no reason.
