This is what you might expect from an international version of a Pearson textbook. Nonetheless, it is still cheaper than purchasing the original version.

Every part of this transaction was bad. They didn't ship the books until I emailed them 20 days after they charged my account! I asked where the order was, then they decided it was time to ship the order. What I received was "new" damaged books. There was sticky stuff all over 2 of the series of 7 books. I'm wanting to return the books, but expect that experience will be equally bad.
